Blink Fitness is Equinox’s answer to Planet Fitness: a clean, cheap, no-frills gym that makes everyone feel welcome. We pitched “More than Muscle on the idea that, at Blink, your muscles aren’t the only thing getting stronger – and it doesn’t take much Googling to find that Blink was, um, “inspired” by the concept.
